PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed and sent out within 2-3 business days unless otherwise noted.
Once sent out, please allow additonal days in transit for delivery. Delivery times depend on what shipping option you choose, but are generally delivered between 2-8 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION
Once your order is sent out you will recieve a Shipment Confirmation email. This will contain your tracking number.
LOST/DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once the package is sent out I am not responsible for any lost packages. To ensure where your package is during transit, please select tracking at checkout.
If you select tracking and your package has not arrived OR it says your package arrived and you did not physically recieve it, please contact USPS with your tracking number so they can assist you. If you live in an apartment or shared housing, please ask neighbors and front desk if the package was left there as this is usually the case.
If your package comes in damaged, please contact USPS to file a claim. I do my best to package your items with care, but unfortunatley I cannot control the actions of the carrier. Please send me an email with a photo of the damaged item(s) and i'll be more than happy to offer a special discount code made specifically for you for a future order.
